Caroline Andoscia

Founder & Principal

Caroline Andoscia is a senior communications executive with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in marketing, communications, public relations and content development. Seeing the need for a senior staffed, highly focused, marketing and public relations agency that helps businesses achieve their communications goals, she founded Andoscia Communications in 2008. The agency works with clients and CEOs across an array of industries including media companies, consumer lifestyle brands, financial companies and technology companies. Clients past and present include; Humanscale, Marriott Hotels, Philips Lighting, The World Science Festival, Condé Nast, Bauer Publishing, Remedy Health Media, Lebua Hotels, Dane Real Estate, Dramatic Health Media, Sony, Fairchild Media Group, Merge VR Technologies, Getty Images, Jimmy Johns, American Media, Rodale, Wines of Bordeaux, Ferragamo and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

Prior to launching Andoscia Communications, Caroline was a managing director at Fleishman Hillard where she led the BlueCurrent New York division and clients included Marc Echo, Lenovo Computers, AT&T and Steinway. Before joining Fleishman Hillard, she was the executive director of communications for Condé Nast Traveler where she was responsible for all of the media relations, special events and marketing partnerships. Caroline also served as the senior vice president of corporate communications at Banana Republic where she developed and implemented the publicity programs for all of the collections (Women’s, Men’s, the Home Collection, Accessories, Beauty and Retail Stores).

Caroline began her career as a film executive and still maintains close contacts with the Hollywood creative community. She was the president of production for Sonnenfeld/Josephson (Disney), she also worked as a senior executive at Scott Rudin Productions (Paramount) and Lawrence Gordon Productions (Universal). Caroline is a graduate of Brown University and lives in New York City.
